1 T. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. chopped parsley
2 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
Italian or plain bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with mayonnaise; stir in Old Bay seasoning, salt, Worcestershire sauce and parsley. Cube bread; add crabmeat and mayonnaise mixture. Toss lightly to combine. Form into patties, adding enough bread crumbs to hold the mixture together. Fry in 1/2-inch oil-butter mixture until brown on both sides. Don't let oil get too hot.

In Maryland these are served with more Worcestershire sauce, sometimes between saltine crackers. The recipe is from my years in Severna Park, Maryland. I sometimes add a little more mayonnaise if the mixture is too dry.
