36 Small Wonton Wrappers
1 Small can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
(or 8 oz. fresh baby spinach, chopped)
1 cup grated Cheddar or Jack Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Low Fat Mayo
1 large clove Garlic, crushed or minced

Preheat oven to 325ºf. Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick oil. Press one Wonton Wrapper into each cup and spray lightly with oil. Bake about 9 min. or until light golden brown. Remove shells from tin and set aside to cool. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Meanwhile, mix other ingredients together in a bowl.

Fill cooled Wonton cups with the spinach mixture (about 2 tsp. each). Place filled cups on a baking sheet and bake about 7 min. or until heated through. Serve warm immediately (they're good at room temp., too).
