1/2 lb Pure Butter
2 T Superfine Sugar
4 T Rice Flour
2 C Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Set oven at 375º - when ready to place bread in oven - set oven at 350º. Bake about 10-15 minutes until light brown on top of cookies. Shortbread is rolled out 3/4 to 1 inch thick and cut into slices that are pricked with a fork. Lift pieces gently onto a cookie sheet and place 1 1/2 " apart.
