1 lb bow tie pasta cooked al dente
12 oz of salmon filet
1 lemon, half sliced and half for juice
5 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
1/2 seedless cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 red bell pepper, julienne
1/3 lb snow peas, stringed and gut into thirds
1 leek, white and lower green section cut in half, sliced and rinsed to remove any sand
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 Tbls unsalted butter
4 oz olive oil, divided in half
3 cloves chopped garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Salmon:
Place salmon in a baking dish, squeeze the half lemon over it, add 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and chopped dill. Place the lemon slices over the fish, cover and bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
Remove fish from the oven and cool to cut into small pieces.
Pasta:
In a sauce pan heat half of the olive oil then quickly add the butter and garlic, cook for one minute. Then add the cream and cook till it barely begins to simmer. Turn off the heat and blend in the cheese, keep warm.
Next, in a large skillet heat the other half of the olive oil then quickly add the leeks and cook for one minute, add the peppers, snow peas and cucumber and saute' for another minute then season with salt and pepper.
Add the Alfredo sauce you kept warm and heat for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and the rest of the chopped dill and mix together for a couple of minutes until hot.
Finally, gently stir in the cooked salmon and serve!

Cook the Salmon earlier so it has time to cool down to be cut. With enough sauce you can put this in a chafing dish and serve on a buffet.
