3 1/2 Cups Flour
3 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Margarine
1Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Sugar
1 egg
1T Milk
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 Cups of Cornflakes
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 tsp vanilla
1 12oz bag choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat Oven to 350º
Mix flour, soda and salt. Cream butter, margarine and sugars. Beat egg,milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture alternately with oil until well mixed. Stir in Cornflakes,Oatmeal and Chocolate Chips.
Drop by heaping Tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet 3' apart cool on racks

Cookies are fragile and will fall apart if you are not careful with them...but they are so good.. I got this recipe from a women I worked with in Vermont. (Maureen)
