Directions:
Place apples and lemon juice in gallon size freezer bag and add the dry ingredients. Close bag and shake to mix. When well mixed, open bag and squeeze out excess air and re-seal. Freeze. To make a pie, thaw filling and place in pie crust, dot with 2 tbsp. butter. Seal top crust and bake at 425º for 10 minutes and then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 - 40 minutes till browned and bubbly. This also works well for apple crisp, just top thawed pie filling with your favorite crisp topping and bake.
