2 qt. water 1/8 c. OR 4 cubes chicken bouillon
1 pkg. frozen peas/carrots mixed 2 2/3 c. celery (opt)
1 c. diced onion 1/2 c. margarine or butter
2/3 c. flour 51 oz. cream of chicken soup
2 2/3 c. milk 1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley 12 oz. dry egg noodles
2 cans chicken drained (or just some diced cooked chicken)

Directions:

Mix water, bouillon, carrots, peas, celery and onion and cook. In separate pan, melt margarine with pepper and parsley. When melted add flour and stir well. When veggies are cooked add flour mixture. Add soup, milk and dry noodles. Simmer til noodles are soft.
