Sauce:
2 large cans of tomato paste and sauce
1 can of water
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 lb browned ground beef
1 chopped medium onion
3 stalks of celery chopped - optional

Other ingredients:

1 large box of lasagna pasta
1 lb of mozzarella, swiss and parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sauce ingredients together until slightly thick, about 30 minutes.

Boil 1 large box lasagna - 10 minutes, don't drain, pour cold water on until it can be handled. Dots of oil keep noodles from sticking. Grease a shallow pan. Put a thin layer of sauce, noodles and cheese. Repeat until the pan is full. Top with sauce and strip of cheese. Bake for 350º for 30 minutes. Let stand out of oven for 15 minutes before serving.
