1 cup Crisco
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Crisco, sugars, egg and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter. Sift dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture. Roll into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with back of floured fork. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Or, roll into balls, bake for 10 minutes. When you remove from oven, place a chocolate Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie.
