Filling:
1/2 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
1 cup drained pineapple
optional: cornstarch

Batter:
3 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp water
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all filling ingredients. Heat in pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2. Low heat stir until blended. If use pineapple with juice, thicken with cornstarch.

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar, water, and vanilla. Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Pour batter pineapple mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, turn on a warm cloth or wax paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Roll quickly. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve when cold with ice cream or cool whip.
