1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick of butter
1 tblsp corn syrup
1/4 tsp. maple extract

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9" pie plate.
In 1 quart pot put in butter, sugar, corn syrup and maple extract. Cook on medium heat. Stirring constantly when it starts to bubble - no more or no less than six minutes. After 4 minutes add nuts. Pour in pie tin. Cool
