1 paquete de fideo
5 jitomates grandes y bien maduros
1 trocito de cebolla
1 ajo
oregano o albaca o epazote.
pimienta
knorr suiza al gusto
queso fresco

Directions:
Directions:
Se frķe el fideo. Cuando esta doradito se saca.
Se muele en la licuadora el jitomate con cebolla y el ajo. Se sazona en el mismo aceite donde se freiste el fideo. Se le pone un poco de azścar para que no este agrio. Se le ponene tres tazas de agua, knorr suiza al gusto y una rama de epazote o un poco de albaca.
Cuando esta hirviendo, se le pone el fideo deshecho con la mano y se le pone queso rallado fresco. Se baja la lumbre. Se tapa y se deja hasta que se consuma el agua, moviendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue.
