1 c. sugar
1 pkg lemon gelatin
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice & grated lemon peel
1 large can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the sugar & gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice & peel. Chill milk thoroughly and whip. Chill other parts & put together. Line dish or pan with vanilla wafer crumbs. Put in filling and sprinkle lightly on top wiht crumbs and put in refrigerator & chill.
