1/4 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. flour (scant level)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients together. Mix with hand. Form into small balls. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375º. Roll in powdered sugar while warm, and once after cool.

Double recipe makes 9 doz. or 120 cookies.
