1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, pack firm
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together white & brown sugar, butter and peanut butter. Add egg & vanilla. Beat well. Blend in flour in small amounts. Shape dough into balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each. Roll balls in sugar and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes. Remove from stove and place a solid milk chocolate candy kiss on top of each cookie, press down firmly. Return to oven and bake 2-5 minutes until light brown. (About 48 cookies). This dough works well in a cookie press.
