1 unbaked 9" pasty shell
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/2 c. chopped swiss or cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Brown hamburger - drain fat and set aside. Stir in ingredients, except cheese, until smooth. Spoon mixture into pastry shell. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
