1 chicken breast sliced into strips
1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1-1/2 cups penne pasta - al dente
1/4 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream (as desired)
salt and white pepper to taste
3 tbsp fresh parmesan
2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:

Cook the chicken strips and garlic in the olive oil and butter mixture on medium high heat until garlic aroma is intense. Be sure not to burn butter or garlic.

Add cooked pasta and sun dried tomatoes to absorb oils and stir. Add cream and stir. Add parmesan and parsley and stir.
