1 lg. hen (not fryer) boiled and chopped
3 lbs beef boiled and chopped
2 lbs pork boiled and chopped
broth from boiling meat
3 lbs. chopped onions
5 lbs chopped potatoes
1 lemon squeezed
2 c. hot barbecue sauce
2 c. ketchup
8 c. creamed corn
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meats in a very large pot together, with salt, pepper and lemon. Remove meat from water; debone and chop. Cook chopped onions and potatoes in meat broth until tender, Add cooked meat. barbecue sauce and ketchup. Bring to a boil and add corn. Turn heat off to prevent corn from sticking, Add peas and butter beans if you'd like.
