1 egg, slightly beaten
1-10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1/4 cup long grain rice
1 T dried parsley flakes
1 tsp minced dried onions
1/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add egg, 1/4 cup of soup and mix. Add rice, parsley flakes, dried onion, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add ground beef; mix well. Use your hands to make about 1-inch meat balls. Put in skillet.

Add water, remaining soup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, mix. Pour over meatballs in the skillet.

Cook on Med-high till mixtures starts to boil. Turn to low, cover and cook for 40 minutes. Stir often so they don't stick to the skillet.
