1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions
canned enchilada sauce
small can green chilis
small can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
packaged flour tortillas
package grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Mix enchilada sauce, chilis, milk, and soup. Stir into hamburger and let simmer for 20-30 minutes. Grease a 9x13" pan. Cut tortillas in quarters and pour a thin layer of hamburger mixture into pan. Layer cut tortillas on top. Continue layering until everything is gone. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
