2 lb. bag powdered sugar (#10)
3/4 c. milk
1 stick + 2 T. butter softened
2 T. karo syrup
4 heaping T. coco powder (as much as will stay on)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ing, in a very large bowl with spoon. Do not use electric mixer.
Frosting will be ready to use to frost cake at room temp. This will frost a 3 layer cake.

This has been my favorite frosting since I was a little girl.
