2 sticks "Parkay Margarine" softened
4 T. "Crisco"
3 c. sugar
5 lg. eggs
3 c. all purpose flour or cake flour (sifted well)
2 t. vanilla
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Parkay and Crisco together. Add eggs one at a time. (mixing each egg well, before the next)
Add sugar slowly while creaming. Add flour and milk alternately until all is blended. Add vanilla.
Pour into bunt or tube pan. Bake @ 325º for 1hr and 30 min. Cool on cooling rack aprox. 20 min. before removing from pan.

Miranda, make sure pound cake is completely cool before putting cover on it. It will sweat and be gooey.
