3 C flour
2 C sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 1/2 C cooking oil
1 tsp vanilla
2 C mashed bananas
1 C nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ing in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs, pineapple, nuts, oil, vanilla and bananas. Stir together but don't beat. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 75 min @ 350º
