4 ripe tomatoes peeled and sliced
10 fresh basil leaves or 2 T. dried basil
1/2 c. chopped green onions (green tops included)
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayo or sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced tomatoes in a colander with salt and pepper. Allow to drain for 15 min.
Layer tomatoes slices, basil and onion in the pie crust. Season with salt and pepper. Combine cheese and mayo together, spread mixture over top of the tomatoes. Bake @ 350º 30 min. Slice and serve warm.

Miranda, I find that pre baking the pie crust helps prevent the pie from being soggy.
