6 med. baking potatoes - unpeeled
1 stick butter
2 envelopes Lipton Onion Soup mix
Directions:

Cut potatoes into bout 1 inch cubes. (do not peel)
Place potatoes in large casserole dish.
Mix soup mix and melted butter, pour over top.
Bake covered @ 350º for 1 hour.
