Ingredients: 4 1/2 cups Bisquick 1 cup boiling water 1 box (10 oz) frozen broccoli & cheese flavored sauce 2 cups finely diced ham 1/2 cup cheese-flavored French-fried onions 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 egg 1 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Directions:Heat oven to 375º. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Mix Bisquick and boiling water until dough forms. Place dough on surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead 20 times divide into 6 balls. Return balls to bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Cook broccoli and cheese sauce as directed. Mix with ham, onions, and cheese. Mix egg and water until well-blended. Pat or roll 1 ball of dough into 7 inch circle. Spoon 1/2 cup ham mixture onto half of the circle; moisten the edge of circle with water. Fold other half of dough circle over filling; press edge with fork to seal. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat to use up remaining dough and filling. Brush tops of foldovers with egg mixture; sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese. Cut slits in top of each for steam escape. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown. |
