Ingredients:  
1 bag of spinach
2 tbsp of sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp of pecan halves
2 tbsp of golden raisins
1 box Blue cheese crumbles

Dressing
2 tbsp Tabasco green pepper jelly
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
1/8 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl in blender. (dressing will separate if left unattended.)

Combine all the salad ingredients and add the blue cheese crumbles as a garnish

Personal Notes:
Do not put the dressing on the salad until right before you serve the salad. The dressing causes the spinach to turn brown within 30 minutes.
