3/4 C. sugar
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
6 C. sliced apples
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp margarine

Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Toss apples and lemon juice. Place in pastry lined pie plate. Dot with margarine. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425º for 50 minutes.
