4 lb hen
1 lb Velveta Cheese
1 pkg.spaghetti
1 can mushroom
1 jar pimento
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 jar salad olives

Directions:
Directions:
Boil hen until tender and save broth. Cook spaghetti and drain. Saute onion, green pepper and mushroom, drained. Bone and dice chicken. Pace spaghetti, chicken and sautéed ingredients in large bowl; add Velveeta cheese. Poor hot broth (3-4 cups) over all and mix. Place in 9X13 pan, chopped olives on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
