Very large pan of fresh picked turnip greens or a large bunch purchased from grocery store.
1/4 c. canola oil
1 T sugar or 1 pkt sweet & low
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and stem turnip greens. Bring to a boil in large pot. Boil until all greens are wilted and continue to boil for about 15 minutes. Pour off water and begin boiling with new water. Season with oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Boil until tender.
Bout 2 hours if time allows.

Miranda, if you don't pre boil and pour off 1st water, they will be bitter.
