1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. four
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c sliced onion or 1/4 tsp dry onion or 1/4 c chives
1 package frozen spinach thawed and drained

**either 1 2/3 c. bacon, crab, or ham. Can also add can of shrimp.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together well. Add bacon, crab and shrimp, or ham with cheese, onion, and spinach. Bake in a 9" raw pastry shell at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
