2 medium red peppers (seeded and cut in 8ths)
6 jalapeņos with seeds cut in half
8 c. sugar
2 c. cider vinegar
1 - 6 oz. box of liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Combine jalapeņos and peppers until coarsely chopped. Do NOT puree! Add sugar and vinegar to chopped peppers and bring to a boil over high heat. Add pectin and return to a boil. Boil for one minute. Skim foam off. Ladle into jars and process for 5 minutes.
