1 pound hamburger
1 cup dried chopped celery
½ cup Minute rice
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 ½ cups water
2 onions, chopped
¼ cup soy sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts, or 2 cups fresh bean sprouts

Brown burger in skillet. Add rest of ingredients. Place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. After baking, add can of dry Chinese noodles on top and brown under broiler for 1 minute.
