3 (10oz.) cans tomatoes with green chilies
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 small onion, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until soft. Add tomatoes and simmer 20-30 minutes. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Serve with assorted crackers, chips or vegetables.
