1 pkg. Four Cheese Tortellini (in deli section)
1 med. green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c. onion, sliced
1/2 sm. zucchini, sliced
1 c. pre-cooked smoked sausage, sliced
Italian dressing or lemon-herb marinade
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water for pasta. Follow directions on pasta package. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Saute onions, zucchini, and green peppers in butter or oil. When veggies are nearly done add meat, and dressing/marinade. Simmer together, approximately 10 minutes or until tortellini is done. Add tortellini to mixture and simmer low with lid on for about 2 or 3 minutes until tortellini has some flavor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
