1 refrigerated pie crust, softened
18 frozen cooked meatballs, thawed
1 cup corn
3/4 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Unroll pie crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Place meatballs in the center of crust. If meatballs are large, cut in half first. Mix corn and 1/2 cup salsa, then spoon this mix over meatballs. Fold edge of crust over filling (about 2 inches). It should look like a wreath, open in the middle. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and sour cream, drizzle rest of the salsa. Serve immediately.
