2/3 cup cream cheese
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
Tarragon (minced fresh or dried), a large quantity
Basil (minced fresh or dried), to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste

Real Indian Curry can be substituted for the tarragon and basil with great results.

Directions:
Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix with cream. Add other ingredients and let mellow in refrigerator overnight. Remove hour before serving.
