2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour; then mix salt. Then add shortening and water; mix well with fork until flour is moistened.
Gather dough together with fingers until it cleans the bowl; press into ball. Turn out onto lightly floured board; half, and roll out to 1/8 inch thick; don't add too much flour.
Place in pie pan and prick dough with a fork. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until brown.
