For sage dressing:
Large bowl full of bread cubes
1 c. milk
1 can chicken broth
1 c. butter
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
For gravy:
1/4 c. meat drippings
4 T. flour
2 c. water or milk

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing:
Heat milk, chicken broth, and butter. Stir into bread cubes. Add celery, onions, salt, sage, and pepper.
Bake inside chicken or turkey, or, bake in greased bowl 350º for 1 hour.
For gravy:
Heat and stir meat drippings and flour until brown. Add 2 cups water or milk and cook until thick. (You can also put flour and water into a jar and shake. Add to liquid in pan and stir until thick.)
