3 firm Roma tomatoes, diced (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 tsp. minced basil
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. basalmic vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sun dried tomatoes, diced
9-10 slices ciabatta bread, butter one side
grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, basalmic vinegar, and salt in medium bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450º. Arrange buttered bread slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle parmesan over each bread slice. Bake for 5 minutes or until bread is starting to crisp.
Pour tomato mixture into serving bowl and serve alongside toasted bread slices.
