1 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate 2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter slowly over low heat. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and vanilla till crumbly. Blend in 3 tbsp. boiling water. Add enough water to make pouring consistency (about 2 tsp.) While Glaze is still warm drizzle or frost the top of the filled Eclairs. You can use 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1 1/2 tbsp. butter in place of chocolate squares.
