1 c. flour (if using wheat flour use 1 c. plus 3 tbsp flour)
1 c. water 4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, Crisco, salt to boil. Add flour, cook and stir till it stirs into 1 lump. Take from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating with beater. Drop from spoon onto greased baking sheet 2” apart. Bake @ 450º for 10 min. Then reduce to 375º for 25 min. longer.
