Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 package of natural ground pork
4 carrots (grated)
1 package clear vermicelli noodles (in ethnic food isle)
1 ½ onion (chopped)
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of salt
½ tsp pepper
Oyster sauce
Eggroll wrappers (if frozen thaw at least two hours prior to use)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onions, ground pork, egg, sugar, salt, oyster sauce (doesn’t not matter how much you add, but make sure that you add enough to flavor the mixture), and black pepper together in a bowl. Place into sauce pan or wok and cook thoroughly. At the same time have vermicelli noodles in a bowl of hot water covered and let soften.

When the mixture is cooked thoroughly drain the excess liquids, and place in a bowl and add the grated carrots and cut up the vermicelli noodles into smaller pieces and add that to the mix (about 1-2 inches in length).

Follow instructions on how to roll the mixture in the eggroll wraps, and finish the wrap by sealing with egg white on the outside tip.

Pan fry or deep fry in vegetable oil at around 350 degrees until lightly brown on outside.
