2 1/2 cups herbed croutons
2 cups grated medium cheddar cheese
2 lbs Owens mild sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can button or sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Put croutons on bottom. Layer cheddar cheese over croutons. Fry sausage until brown and crumbly. Drain well on paper towel to remove excess grease. Layer sausage over cheese. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Mix and pour over crouton, cheese and sausage layers. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. In the morning, bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
