4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
2 cups croutons
¼ cup butter
¼ cup oil
Package sliced mushrooms
1 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
1 ½ cups grated muenster cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg and coat with crushed croutons. Brown on stove in butter/oil. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Add mushrooms and wine and top with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Serve with rice.
