4 cups Bisquick
1 1/3 cup milk or water
4 Tbsp sugar
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients well in large mixing bowl. (Batter will be lumpy) Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and top with topping. Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes.

Topping
2/3 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp cinnamon (you can use less)
Mix Bisquick, brown sugar and cinnamon together; cut in butter. Sprinkle over batter before baking.
