3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole.

Topping:

½ cup brown sugar
2 ½ Tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
Combine and mix well. Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
