1 sirloin steak, cut into 4 pieces
1 Tbsp butter
6 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced (about 2 cups)
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup beef broth
Red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Season and cook meat in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking, turning only once during cooking. Remove meat from skillet, do no pour off any fat. Heat butter in skillet. Add mushrooms and cook until they are tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly stir in broth and wine; cook and stir until it boils and thickens. Serve mushroom gravy with the meat.
