4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion
Arrange potatoes in 2 qt. greased dish; add onion. Sprinkle 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. parsley over potatoes.

Mix:
1 lb ground beef
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, crumbs, onion, salt, pepper. Add milk and ketchup, blending together. Spread meat mixture over potatoes, decorate with ketchup. Bake 1 hour at 350º or until potatoes are done. Pour off excess grease.
