1 cup Catherine Clark seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 cup milk
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon catsup
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped celery
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion and celery in butter. Add to the 1 cup of dry stuffing mix that has been prepared according to package directions.Combine milk and ground beef in a separate bowl. Divide beef into six balls. On wax paper, flatten each into a circle. Put equal amounts of prepared stuffing onto each circle and fold meat around it to seal. Place into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine soup, Worchestershire sauce, and catsup. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered at 350º for 35-40 minutes until hamburger is done.
